Are you a highly experienced Real Estate professional to who is keen develop and manage the long-term broking strategy for our Real Estate division.

Are you an accomplished communicator, negotiator and influencer with the ability to secure the best possible client outcomes at all times ?

What the day will look like

In this wide and varied role your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the broking function, ensuring all activity aligns with UK Broking Strategy and fully adheres to FCA‑regulated processes.
  • Guide and support the broking team, allocating responsibilities effectively and managing the discovery process for all in‑scope clients.
  • Negotiate optimal termsin the market and personally oversee a small portfolio of high‑profile, strategically important accounts.
  • Build and manage strong trading relationshipswith insurers, collaborating with the Chief Broking Officer to shape agreements and tackle opportunities or challenges.
  • Analyse market conditionsand brief colleagues, ensuring teams stay informed on trends, programme design considerations, and the broking value proposition.
  • Drive continuous improvement and compliance, promoting best practice across workflows, processes, and regulatory requirements.
