Broker Manager

Remote in South Wales / Southwest

Vargo is hiring on behalf of a dynamic hard asset funder providing hire purchase and leasing solutions to SMEs across the UK through a network of asset finance brokers. The business funds hard assets for customers beyond prime credit, offering flexible commercially minded facilities through brokers despite increased caution elsewhere in the market.

The ideal candidate is currently active in the broker channel and maintains strong existing broker relationships.

Responsibilities
  • High-volume outbound sales activity
  • Onboarding and educating asset finance brokers
  • Increasing proposal flow into the business
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in Asset Finance Funder sales
  • Prior Broker Manager experience preferred
Benefits
  • Commission: OTE approximately (subject to achieving demanding targets) paid monthly.
