Job Title: Brickwork Lecturer (Full‑Time, Temp)
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: 40 - 50 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP or January

Eden Brown are looking for a dedicated Brickwork Lecturer to join our dynamic team at a leading Further Education college in Greater Manchester. This full‑time temporary position offers the opportunity to teach Levels 1–3 Brickwork courses, helping to shape the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning in Brickwork at Levels 1–3.
  • Plan and develop engaging lesson materials, ensuring a practical and theory‑based approach.
  • Support students in their personal development and career progression.
  • Assess and track student performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
  • Ensure that teaching practices adhere to college policies and standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Brickwork (e.g., Level 3 or higher).
  • Experience teaching or mentoring in a vocational setting (teaching qualification desirable, but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of the latest industry practices, techniques, and safety standards.
  • Passion for helping students achieve their potential and pursue careers in the construction industry.

A DBS is also needed for this role.
