Overview

• Supervising the breakfast team and leading by example on shift
• Making sure service is smooth, friendly and professional every morning
• Looking after guests and ensuring they have everything they need
• Keeping standards high in both the restaurant and the back of house
• Helping with opening procedures and setting the team up for the day
