We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Manager for our destination May Fair Kitchen Restaurant located within our 5 Star May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview
  • An amazing opportunity to join the May Fair tea as Breakfast Manager for our May Fair Kitchen.
  • The role will involve ensuring a high level of service is delivered during the breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.
  • Achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant.
  • Direct the restaurant operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
About You
  • Experienced Restaurant or Assistant Restaurant Management experience within a 5 star hotel operation.
  • Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management with a strategic approach.
  • Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
