A leading retail company is seeking a Brand Propositions Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that enhance brand performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders and insights teams to create customer propositions that drive commercial objectives. As a Brand Propositions Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for developing and driving the brand plans by creating distinctive, bold, and differentiating propositions that elevate our brands and ensure their successful performance. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to gain alignment and input on the brand plans, answering strategic questions and collaborating with insight teams to inform the customer plans and proposition development. Your role will involve creating propositions that delight customers, meet the commercial needs of our business, and ignite creativity within our brand communication and channel teams, while using real‑time insights to anticipate risks and optimise the market opportunities. Through your brand strategy expertise and passion for our brands, you will play a vital role in shaping the annual and quarterly customer plans to reflect brand priorities and influence the channel plans for our brands.
