We are seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to lead creative and strategic marketing initiatives across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce. This individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and desire, through the delivery of thoughtful, results‑driven 360° campaigns and activations that strengthen customer loyalty and contribute to business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who can translate strategic goals into impactful brand activities, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute omni‑channel seasonal marketing strategies that align with the wider brand vision.
  • Oversee all in‑house photoshoots, including talent and photographer selection, budget management, and production coordination.
  • Manage the creation of press collateral such as lookbooks, campaign materials, and press releases.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for social media, press, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align trading calendars, ensuring cross‑functional consistency across product launches and marketing stories.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day marketing approvals including social content, newsletters, paid media, and retail campaigns.
Trade Marketing
  • Coordinate all wholesale partner marketing activity and events, optimising co‑op budgets and exposure opportunities.
  • Partner with retail teams to develop in‑store event calendars and drive traffic through client engagement and activations.
  • Support initiatives that enhance in‑store bookings, including clienteling and loyalty strategies.
  • Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Agency Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for external marketing and digital agencies, ensuring delivery, reporting accuracy, and ROI tracking.
  • Manage relationships with creative, PR, and media partners to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Special Projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver key brand moments, including major events and seasonal activations.
  • Oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that strengthen brand positioning and generate commercial opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
  • Stay informed of market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform future campaigns.
Budget Management
  • Oversee departmental budgets and track marketing spend effectively.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing within a fashion, retail, or lifestyle environment.
  • Confident managing agencies and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
