A prominent fashion brand in Banbury, UK, is seeking a Brand Manager to elevate the Katie Loxton brand through creative marketing initiatives. This role involves managing B2C marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and championing sustainability in brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has a background in brand marketing, excellent communication skills, and a 'can do' attitude. Salary ranges from £47,000 to £52,000 with generous benefits.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Brand Manager for Katie Loxton, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our brand story to life throughdriving awareness, inspiring new customers, and shaping memorable brand moments that fuel growth and loyalty.
Consumer-obsessed and creatively bold, you’ll act as the brand guardian, ensuring every campaign, activation, and touchpoint reflects our vision and values. From seasonal campaigns to always-on activations, you’ll lead the charge in delivering exciting, integrated marketing activity that resonates with our community.
This is a role where strategy meets creativity. You’ll immerse yourself in cultural trends, spot opportunities for disruptive partnerships, events, and collaborations, and work closely with digital, ecommerce, creative, PR, and sales teams to make it all happen. You’ll also champion our sustainability commitments, ensuring they shine through in our brand storytelling.
As a natural relationship-builder, you’ll manage PRagencies, inspire internal teams, and mentor junior talent, driving collaboration and consistency across every channel. Analytical as well as imaginative, you’ll track performance, report against KPIs, and continuously evolve our marketing plans to push boundaries and deliver impact.
This is more than just a marketing role, it’s an opportunity to develop the voice of Katie Loxton, connecting with customers in fresh, innovative ways and ensuring our brand continues to grow and thrive.
The role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. You'll enjoy the exciting buzz of our stunning Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.
