About The Role

Audi are recruiting for a Brand Analytics and Data Intelligence Manager on a full time, secondment basis covering a period of Maternity Leave until March 2027.

What you will be doing:
  • Reporting into the Customer Experience Strategy Manager, you will provide a comprehensive view of customer behaviour and brand engagement to the business using data and reports to inform insights to drive sales and customer engagement throughout the lifecycle and improve marketing mix ad targets.
  • Own the brands customers & vehicles for life activity plan and achievements of annual KPI's.
  • Responsible for marketing data analytics to allow data driven insights and reporting, and proactively leading funnel & demand management. This role is critical in using insights to drive conversion and sales volume through interpreting customer behaviour and purchase propensity.
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers and associated budget to deliver brand tracking, campaign measurement, segmentation and personas, and Audi customer panel to ensure the wider Marketing & Digital Teams have data to inform future campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Champion data and educate the wider business on the power of Marketing data, the support, and opportunities the team can provide.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
  • Digital analytics background with experience in using enterprise level analytics solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Skilled in analysing and interpreting Digital and Marketing metrics and ROI.
  • Understanding of digital data collection techniques and limitations.
  • Proven internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to educate and drive change.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to communicate complex data effectively to a variety of audiences via a variety of means (visual, verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated with an ability to lead projects and adapt to fast changing situations.
  • Customer‑centric mind set with strong commercial acumen.
