Overview
We are delighted to be recruiting a Designate Branch Manager to join the London Region of our thriving Trade Branch Network. Our Designate Trade Branch Managers work closely with our current Regional Manager and Branch Managers whilst training, with a view to being allocated their own branch to run within 3 – 6 months. Position: Branch Manager Designate, Permanent, Full‑time, 44 hrs per week.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with their Regional Manager and the Region's existing Branch Managers to learn to lead their own Eurocell Branch within 3‑6 months
- Use team management skills to lead and develop a small team
- Ensure the Branch operates as effectively as possible
- Develop relationships with customers, and enhance the sales and customer experience within their branch
- Manage day‑to‑day Branch operations and the branch team in order to deliver excellence
- Manage team absences and deployment
- Support the regional teams with recruitment
- Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards and ensure Branch sales targets are achieved
- Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff
Qualifications
- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
- A customer focused approach, happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
- A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happy
- Good organisational skills, drive and leadership abilities to manage a Branch effectively
- A full and valid driving licence is essential
- Strong management skills and experience of leading a team
- Experience within a similar management role ideally in a trade / builders merchant / retail, glazing or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 basic per year
