The Role

As the Branch Manager, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance, growing the client base, and supporting and developing your team. You\'ll play a crucial role in driving business performance while maintaining the exceptional standards Nurseplus is known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of consultants, recruiters, and care coordinators
  • Achieve and exceed branch targets for growth, profitability, and service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with company policies
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality care staff
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and staffing levels to ensure optimum branch performance
