Job Description
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including posting transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing ledgers.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end processes, including preparing trial balances and supporting schedules.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and liaise with external accountants or auditors as needed.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve queries promptly.

This successful bookkeeper will have a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience in a similar role.
