Your Responsibilities
  • Raise invoices (rent, service charge, insurance, utilities)
  • Allocate rent payments and reconcile client accounts
  • Pay landlords and process supplier payments
  • Complete bank reconciliations in Xero
  • Chase arrears via email, letter, or phone
  • Respond to account queries
  • Support general office admin (filing, scanning, record keeping)
  • Assist during key rent dates (with WFH support at peak times)
What We re Looking For
Essential
  • Bookkeeping/accounts experience (client money experience ideal)
  • Strong Xero skills
  • Good Excel ability
  • Accurate, organised, confident communicator
Desirable
  • Property, lettings, or estate agency experience
  • Service charge or rent invoicing knowledge
  • Experience with Alto or similar systems
