Job description

Biomedical Scientist (Histology) - Leeds Hospital | Pathology | Permanent | Full Time

Salary: Up to £33,998.78 per annum depending on experience (37.5 hours per week)

Main duties of the job

• Deliver high-quality pathology services
• Complete your share of covering the out-of-hours on-call service
• Perform biomedical diagnostic testing, interpretation, reporting and quality control
• Keep records of specimens, results, reagents and consumables
• Support the validation and assessment of new equipment and new diagnostic procedures
• Help ensure we deliver the very best experience for patients
