  • Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and assurance.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and trainees.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain laboratory instruments.
