Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
• Ability to develop and apply BIM documentation and workflow processes.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Produce CAD designs in line with Business Management Systems and CDM regulations.
• Manage consultant and subcontractor design outputs.
• Act as the key contact for BIM technical needs.
