About the Role:

As part of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer/Business Development Co-ordinator, who will support business growth efforts by organising, executing and optimising corporate events, conference and networking initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the pre-qualification and bid writing process and manage the bid lifecycle of tender submissions.
  • Identify and research new business opportunities for both brands across all office locations and market sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Support lead generation and client engagement activities tied to events.
  • Collaborate with technical, creative, and commercial teams to compile professional, compliant, and compelling documents.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups including surveys.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage activity across multiple offices and business units.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint); design experience (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Canva) a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with both technical services and creative media sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • HNC/HND Business Studies/Marketing or similar.
