Job description

BI Developer

Help us unlock the power of data to transform patient experiences and drive smarter decisions.

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Developer who loves turning complex data into clear insights that inspire action. If you thrive on solving problems, building intuitive dashboards, and shaping data strategy in a fast-growing environment - this is your chance to make a big impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Design & deliver impactful data products: Create intuitive datasets, dashboards, and reports (using Looker Studio or similar) to power decisions across patient experience, operations, and inventory.

  • Build robust data models: Develop and optimize scalable models in BigQuery (or similar) to keep our data clean, structured, and ready for analysis.

  • Champion data quality & governance: Work closely with Analytics Engineers and stakeholders to set best practices that keep our data accurate, reliable, and scalable.

  • Turn business needs into solutions: Collaborate with teams across the company to translate ambiguous problems into actionable data requirements and elegant technical solutions.

  • Automate & improve processes: Spot opportunities to streamline data pipelines and reporting, making them more efficient and future-proof.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience: 5+ years in BI, Data Analysis, or similar roles where you’ve built meaningful data solutions.

  • Technical expertise: Strong SQL skills plus experience with a leading BI platform (Looker preferred, Tableau or Power BI welcome).

  • Cloud data know-how: Hands-on with GCP and BigQuery, or alternatives like AWS Redshift or Snowflake.

  • Problem solver: Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at turning complexity into clarity.

  • Growth mindset: Always learning and curious about the full data lifecycle - from ingestion to visualization.

  • Bonus points: Experience with dbt (data build tool) and strong data modeling fundamentals.
