What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and wellness plans
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and claims questions
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure payroll deductions are correct
  • Verify monthly insurance billing and track premiums, claims, and costs
  • Administer COBRA and coordinate with carrier representatives
  • Manage unemployment and workers’ compensation claims documentation
  • Ensure required employee benefit notices and reporting are completed
What You’ll Need to be Considered
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations, including HIPAA
  • Experience administering COBRA and coordinating with insurance carriers
  • Ability to manage unemployment and workers’ compensation claims
  • Comfort operating in a compliance-heavy, fast-changing environment
  • Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
