Bench Joiner

£14 – £18 per hour (DOE) + training + optional overtime + bespoke projects + growing company + benefits + progression.

Poole – Looking for a bench joiner who enjoys detailed, workshop‑based manufacturing and wants to apply their woodworking expertise in a friendly environment with progression opportunities.

Role Overview

• Bench joinery for timber moulds in the cast‑stone industry.
• Training in mould‑making joinery.
• Hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm Monday–Thursday, 3:30 pm finish Fridays.
• Opportunities to increase pay with optional overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and produce precise timber staircases to customer requirements.
• Work closely with senior joiners, receiving hands‑on training and guidance.
• Assist in the production of bespoke staircases within a small, friendly team.
