Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential?

We’re looking for a dedicated Behaviour Lead to join the team in Salford. This role is about so much more than managing behaviour—it’s about mentoring, guiding, and empowering students to develop resilience, self-belief, and respect for themselves and others.

You’ll work closely with students who need additional support with behaviour, attendance, and engagement. Through patience, consistency, and a firm but fair approach, you’ll play a vital role in helping young people re-engage with education and achieve positive progression.
