A Bed Washer is an essential part of maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for patients. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising beds, mattresses, and bed frames between patient use
• Removing and replacing bedding while following infection control procedures
• Supporting ward staff by ensuring beds and equipment are ready for patient use
• Checking equipment for damage and reporting any maintenance issues
• Following health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times

1. Week 1
   • Friday: DO
   • Saturday: 10:00–16:00
   • Sunday: 10:00–16:00
   • Monday: 13:00–21:00
   • Tuesday: 13:00–21:00
   • Wednesday: 13:00–21:00
   • Thursday: DO

   • Friday: 13:00–21:00
   • Saturday: 10:00–16:00
