We currently have 9 fully functioning Hair & Beauty Salons with plans to expand. We offer treatments ranging from Hair, Brows, Nails to Lashes, partnering with brands such as Orly, Studex, Lash Perfect, Eyelash Emporium & Schwarzkopf.

The Role

As a Senior Stylist/Senior Beauty Therapist, your role includes leading the team and managing operations. Services include hair styling, colouring, barbering, and beauty treatments such as brow and lash treatments, manicures, pedicures, lash extensions, and spray tanning.

The responsibilities include:

• Managing the studio team to deliver excellent customer service
• Team management, performance reviews, rotas, and training
• Welcoming customers and ensuring they leave satisfied, handling queries and complaints professionally
• Encouraging upselling and promoting the Beauty Studio zone
• Managing stock and ordering supplies
• Leading by example to ensure quality consultations, especially during colour services

About You

• NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing, ideally up to NVQ Level 4
• Experience in hairdressing, colour correction, barbering
• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
• Excellent communication skills and management experience
