Overview

Benefit is Glowing... We Mean Growing... and we are currently searching for a Full-time fixed term Beauty Expert to make real connections in Bicester Village!

Please note: This contract will consist of an immediate start and an end date of 24/10/2025.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows:

• Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
• Teamwork - Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
• Promotions and Special Events - Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.
• Administration - An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping - You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications
