A leading nursery provider in the UK is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to create a stimulating environment and support staff development. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in an early years position and hold a Level 3 Practitioner qualification. The role involves hands-on leadership and motivating colleagues. You can expect to be fully ‘hands on’ to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting. Ideally you will be either an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Practitioner ready for your next challenge. Our Room Leaders are part of our management team and role models to other members of staff. You will encourage and motivate your colleagues to continually demonstrate best practices and support them in their learning journey towards their qualifications.
