Overview

We’re looking to expand our team at Nancy Spains Shoreditch! We’re seeking experienced bartenders with personality who can pour a perfect pint and know the craic. We’re looking for part-time and full-time staff. Here at Nancy's we’re keen on progression from within, with plenty of room to move up into management roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders.
• Collaborate with staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Handle card, contactless and cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising POS systems for billing purposes.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritise tasks during peak hours.
