Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for creating sophisticated, stylish and classic cocktails and drinks in stunning surroundings. The flawless service of the waiters combined with your energy and creativity will ensure that our bar and restaurant are at the heart of the hotel’s social scene.What we are looking forThe ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines as well as have passion for providing exceptional quality drinks and service.To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK.
