We are seeking a charismatic and professional F&B team member to deliver high-end hospitality in this unique environment—someone with a passion for detail, discretion, and delivering exceptional experiences.

Your Role

As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll ensure every guest interaction reflects the sophistication and service standards of Gotham Newcastle. From preparing for sleek evening service to managing private events and lounge exclusivity, you\'ll be central to the ambiance and guest journey in the Fire Station Bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and provide attentive, personalised service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, with confidence and flair
• Serve high-end drinks and snacks with precision and polish
• Offer expert knowledge on our drinks menu, including wines and cocktails
• Maintain the elegance and cleanliness of the lounge at all times
• Support smooth coordination with bar and kitchen teams
