Overview

Are you looking for a fun and fast-paced environment to work in, with great benefits? As our Bar Team Member, you'll be responsible for ensuring customers receive exceptional service and that drinks are perfectly served every time. You will help keep the bar area clean and stocked, and you may work in the Kitchen. You will receive a thorough induction and ongoing training and development to support your success, including access to apprenticeship programmes and in-house management training should you wish to progress.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and engaging customer service to all customers.
  • Ensure drinks are prepared and served to the required standard and value for money.
  • Keep the bar area tidy and clean.
  • Ensure fridges and stock are properly stocked and rotated.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Adhere to opening hours and shift patterns, as centres operate seven days a week from 9am to midnight; shifts include weekday and weekend patterns as arranged at interview.
