A luxury hotel group in Southampton is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee a busy bar operation at The Jetty. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of bar management experience in a high-end venue. Responsibilities include managing the bar team, enhancing guest experiences, and driving sales. Specialising in the freshest local seafood, caught daily by our fishermen and paired with seasonal produce from the New Forest, The Jetty is a celebration of the South Coast's finest flavours.

As Bar Manager at The Jetty, you will take full responsibility for the smooth running of our busy and high-profile bar operation. Working closely with the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, you will lead the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximising sales and maintaining cost controls.
