Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a quality environment.
• Confident with mixology and seasonally driven drinks.
• Pride in delivering warm, personal, and polished guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar operation day to day, ensuring exceptional service.
• Create and develop seasonal, ingredient-led cocktails and drinks menus.
• Manage stock, ordering, margins, and GP to meet commercial targets.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the bar team.
• Work closely with senior management and food and beverage teams.
