A leading financial institution in the UK is seeking a Client Support Specialist to assist Client Advisors with daily operations and client communication. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills to ensure high client satisfaction while managing confidential information. Candidates should hold a university degree preferably in finance or business, and possess expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. An organized, detail-oriented individual will thrive in this team-oriented environment.
You will provide support to team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients. This role will include client communication. You will work in a team-oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations and technology teams to fulfil requests. You would be passionate about client service and will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
