If you’re looking for flexibility without losing the sense of belonging that comes from being part of a committed clinical team, The Harborne Hospital could be the perfect fit. We’re expanding our internal temporary staff bank and are looking for passionate, reliable and compassionate Bank Nurses to join our Oncology and Haematology team.
At The Harborne Hospital, you’ll be joining a warm, motivated and highly skilled cancer nursing service that puts patients at the heart of everything we do. As a Bank Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our teams during busy periods, annual leave and planned absences — ensuring continuity of exceptional care for every patient who walks through our doors.
This is more than just a flexible shift‑based role. It’s an opportunity to be part of a hospital with a clear purpose: above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. As a Bank Staff Nurse within our cancer nursing team, you’ll assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high‑quality specialist care for patients undergoing oncology or haematology treatment. You’ll support their physical, psychological and emotional needs, working closely with families and colleagues to ensure a safe, compassionate and personalised experience.
