Overview

The post holder will assist the Ward Manager in providing high quality nursing care and treatment of patients in conjunction with other professionals through the hospital's multi disciplinary assessment, treatment and care programmes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Ward Manager in providing high quality nursing care and treatment of patients in conjunction with other professionals through the hospital's multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and care programmes.
• Be RMN with a valid NMC number and capable of working to Trust Policy and the NMC Code of Conduct.
• Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, be punctual, reliable, highly motivated, able to work on their own initiative, good team workers and committed to providing high standards of care.
