A leading healthcare provider is seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician to join their ICT team in Dartford. The role involves providing on-site IT support, configuring devices, and assisting staff with technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in software deployment. This is a bank position offering flexible hours with no guaranteed work availability.
Bank ICT Staff Required. The ICT Department is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic IT Technician to join the ICT team. The post is part of an established technical support team providing on-site support to users across the Trust. The post holder will respond to calls logged by the IT Administration team to process our IT equipment project roll out to end users. The post holder will be required to provide on-site assistance, as well as installing and configuring new equipment. Please note: This is an opportunity to join our Bank and work on an 'as and when required' basis. The availability of Bank work cannot be guaranteed. The duration of each Bank booking varies.

The post holder will need to be able to liaise with all levels of staff throughout the Trust and must be able to work as part of a team and deal with dissatisfied users.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
