A healthcare provider in North Cumbria is seeking a Bank Facilities Domestic Assistant to maintain cleanliness in hospital premises and assist in catering duties. The role requires flexible hours, and training will be provided. Applicants should have knowledge of cleaning and food hygiene procedures. Bank hours when available Monday to Sunday. Flexible to work at different sites.
Undertake a range of cleaning and catering duties within the Hospital Premises. Maintaining a high cleanliness standard across the trust, to meet the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021. Full training will be provided. Main duties are to keep clinical areas, offices and public areas clean and tidy and to provide patients with meals.
Each site has various start times and finish times. 6am will be the earliest start time and 8pm will be the latest finish time.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check. DBS charges are £27.40 for a standard check and £55.40 for an enhanced check, deducted from salary.
