Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Concierge at our Plymouth Domestic Abuse Services.

The role of Concierge will include:

• Being the first point of contact for customer queries
• Developing relationships with customers and helping them develop life skills
• Handling occasional emergency or challenging situations
• Providing excellent service and going above and beyond for customers
• Organising and running social activities occasionally
• Health and safety responsibilities, such as fire safety checks
• Maintaining security of the service
• Writing and updating customer notes

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse issues
• Experience working under challenging circumstances
• Confident IT skills
