Overview
Are you our next Care Team Leader? As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure that our residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality, personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Work with residents to enrich their lives and create a positive, caring environment
- Promote leisure and social activities as a core part of the day
- Be kind and supportive to residents, their families and colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Ensure effective teamwork to maintain a happy, well-functioning home
Qualifications
- Experience in care is an essential requirement for the role
- An NVQ Level 3 in Social Care is desirable
- Good communication skills and a flexible approach
- Kindness and a genuine regard for older people and their needs, with respect and dignity for all
Remuneration
£14.60 per hour plus pay rate enhancement on certain shifts
