We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Dietitian to join our esteemed client in Carmathen. This role involves providing specialist nutritional care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring tailored dietary interventions to support their growth, development, and medical needs. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality dietetic assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with NHS protocols and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
As a Paediatric Dietitian, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualised dietary plans, and providing specialist advice to children and their families. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, including paediatricians, speech therapists, and nurses, to ensure effective nutritional management. Additionally, you will maintain detailed patient records, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and safeguarding policies.
