Overview

The post holder will be offering consultation, assessment and treatment to young people with mental and emotional health difficulties alongside their families. The CAMHS team is a supportive, experienced, and progressive multi-disciplinary team with senior psychology support and opportunities for professional development. Responsibilities

• Provide a clinical psychology service to the specified Team/Service
• Assess and treat a specialist workload of clients and maintain associated records
• Participate in CPD and other developmental activities
• Undertake research and development (R&D) and clinical audit
• Clinically supervise Assistant Psychologists, other professionals and trainee Clinical Psychologists

Qualifications

• You will have be qualified and registered as a Clinical Psychologist
• You will have experience of working with children and young people, preferably within a community CAMHS service
