West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is delivering one of the most ambitious hospital redevelopment programmes in the NHS and we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Redevelopment Programme Co-ordinator (Band 6) to join our Redevelopment Team. Based at Watford General Hospital (with travel to other sites), you will play a key role in coordinating programme activities, managing procurement and financial processes, supporting project planning and reporting, and line managing the Team Administrator.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, working closely with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues, as well as external partners, to help deliver modern, sustainable facilities for our patients, staff and communities. If you have strong programme or project coordination experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels, we would love to hear from you.
