What you will do

• Deliver exceptional occupational therapy to patients within the orthopaedic department, focusing on trauma and post-operative care.
• Participate in integrated working with the Physiotherapy team, collaborating on patient care and progress path decisions.
• Manage your caseload efficiently, ensuring timely discharge and rehabilitation plans are in place.
• Apply your knowledge of Trauma and Orthopaedics, D2A pathways, and strength-based approaches to identify patient needs concerning their discharge plans.
• Provide practical post-operative care to lower limb amputees, directly impacting their seating, movement, rehabilitation, and discharge processes.
