A leading NHS Trust in Chipping Barnet is looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their neurological therapy team. This rotational band 6 position involves working in the Acute Stroke Unit and the acute neurological inpatient service. The successful candidate will manage a clinical caseload, deliver patient-centered occupational therapy, and support discharge planning. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with a visionary outlook to join our team, where you will be able to develop specialist occupational therapy knowledge and skills within the specialty of stroke and neurology.

You will be joining a friendly, dynamic and cohesive integrated therapy team which prides itself on close working relationships with the MDT. Person‑centred care and an approach which promotes self‑management and independence are at the centre of our philosophy. Your clinical development will be supported by the Clinical Specialist Neurological OT and the wider therapy team.
The neurotherapy service at Barnet has strong links with local ESD and community/rehab services; regional spinal services; North Central London Stroke Network; and the NELETN trauma network.
