Working Hours: Full Time
Rate: £24 – £27 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a Band 6 Locum Community Physiotherapist to join our team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will provide physiotherapy services to patients within the community, focusing on their rehabilitation and recovery.

What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapy role?

As a Band 6 Locum Community Physiotherapist You will conduct thorough assessments of patients in the community to identify their physiotherapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans. You will implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote recovery and enhance functional independence. You will monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to patients. You will educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promote self-management strategies. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Must be a registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Must hold a relevant degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Must have experience in community physiotherapy.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills are essential.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care and improving patient outcomes.
