Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Bangor
Banding: Band 5
Location: Gwynedd, North Wales
Rate: £24.01 - £44.95 per hour

Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurses to join our team in North Wales. If you're passionate about supporting individuals with mental health needs and are looking to make a real difference, this is the opportunity for you. As an RMN you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals, promoting their recovery and supporting their mental health needs. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver care in a variety of settings, helping patients to manage their conditions and live more fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health patients
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Administer medications, monitor symptoms, and provide therapeutic interventions
  • Support patients with managing their mental health, preventing relapse, and promoting recovery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare professionals
  • Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients in times of need
  • Ensure the delivery of care in line with mental health legislation, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards
