Pulse Nursing are currently seeking Band 5 Mental Health Nurses to join our growing team to work for Barts Health NHS Trust. Barts Health NHS Trust currently has a high volume of shifts available and as a Pulse healthcare professional, you get the first choice of the best shifts.

This opportunity offers flexibility to book in advance to plan ahead and manage your schedule. Shifts are available within Barts Health Trust, with a variety of patterns including full-time equivalent hours. Pay ranges from £19.61 - £30.57 per hour.

As a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to patients with a range of mental health needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing support, treatment, and therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide support and education to patients, families, and carers.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments.
• Engage in reflective practice, continuous professional development, and training opportunities.

Role Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
