Are you passionate about technology and supporting frontline services? We are looking for a dedicated ICT Support Officer to join our Trust's ICT team and help deliver high-quality technology services that support patient care.

Salary -Band 4 - £13.57 per hour
Location - Knockbracken Healthcare Park

About the Role:
As an ICT Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing desktop and telecommunications support across the Trust. Working closely with our ICT team, you will deliver technical assistance, manage communications systems, and provide essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver desktop support and ICT technical advice to Trust staff.
  • Support and maintain telecommunications systems and mobile communication devices.
  • Manage the ICT Helpdesk, monitor incidents, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide administrative support including meeting preparation, diary management, and filing.
  • Oversee contract management and stock control of mobile voice and data devices.
  • Assist in data analysis to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with ICT staff and users across the Trust to promote the use of new technologies.
  • Participate in team meetings and Trust-wide quality initiatives.
  • Maintain ICT documentation and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
