Band 4 Associate Practitioner role on Sapphire Ward at Gravesham Community Hospital. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, high-quality care to patients in a rehabilitation setting, following national and local priorities, Trust policies, and Nursing & Midwifery Council standards. This role requires NMC registration and is ideal for someone with health or social care experience who is ready to develop clinical skills, work as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, and make a genuine difference to patient outcomes.
