A prominent mental health organization in Coleshill Heath is seeking a full-time Team Administrator for the Solar Team. This role involves supporting the referral and administration processes in a mental health setting, demonstrating high communication skills and attention to detail. You will manage clinic operations, provide administrative support for various teams, and ensure excellent patient care. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed‑term full‑time referral Team Administrator within the Solar Team based at Bishop Wilson Clinic, Chelmsley Wood. The role will be Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
The SOLAR service is a mental health service that supports children and young people across the Solihull area and helps them transition off the service if needed.
As a team administrator you will support and monitor the referral and administration process, including clinic management. You will demonstrate a high standard of communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional attitude, along with good attention to detail on data inputting.
Provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to enable efficient referral coordination to the SOLAR service, as well as various administration support for our Looked After Children's Team to ensure quality standards and targets are always met, delivering excellent patient care.
Support covering the reception, operate within the team’s systems and act as part of a wider administration team for the SOLAR service.
Applicants must work on their own initiative, demonstrate effective organisational skills, prioritize their workload, and process enquiries in a confidential and efficient manner.
