A healthcare organization in Bristol is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping and linen services. The role includes motivating staff, maintaining cleanliness standards according to NHS specifications, and ensuring quality food service during mealtimes for patients. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience in a similar setting and a commitment to improving patient experiences.
We are currently looking to recruit a fourth Housekeeping Supervisor who is able to motivate individuals to undertake the cleaning within the hospital, provide our inpatient service users with food and beverages at mealtimes and help to maintain a high standard of food and hygiene standards to our sites and departments.
